Job summary

PTSolutions is seeking a Delivery Driver for our La Palma, CA facility. You will load, transport, and deliver items along assigned routes, ensuring safety and timeliness. When not delivering, assist warehouse tasks such as order picking and cycle counts.

We value courteous, professional conduct and strong customer service as you represent the company on the road. Must be 21+ with a valid license and clean driving record; ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service while delivering items.

• Assist with loading/unloading and warehouse tasks as needed.
• Inspect delivery vehicles and ensure safety of loading/unloading.
• Verify orders and ensure correct delivery to customers.
• Follow assigned routes and maintain timely deliveries.
• Comply with all transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record.
• Prepare delivery-related reports and documents.
• Assist with warehouse duties such as picking orders and cycle counts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

We’re currently looking for a Delivery Driver to join our team. At PTSolutions, reliability and customer satisfaction are key for the role of Delivery Driver. The job involves picking up and dropping off items along assigned routes and schedules, with utmost consideration for safety and timeliness. As part of the delivery team, you will need to ensure that items are correctly packed and delivered to the right customer. When not on deliveries, drivers may be asked to assist the warehouse team with tasks such as order picking, inventory management, and cycle counts.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Superior customer service where going above and beyond is the norm
• Maintains and develops positive relationships with existing and prospective clients, demonstrating superior customer service and setting the example for other staff

• Loading, transporting, and delivering high-quality products to customers in a safe, timely manner
• Assists with loading and unloading products from delivery vehicles
• Inspects delivery vehicles and ensures the safety and security of the loading and unloading process
• Review orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete and delivered to the correct customers
• Adheres to assigned routes and follows schedules
• Abides by all transportation laws and maintains a safe driving record
• Prepares reports and other documents relating to deliveries
• Assists with warehouse duties (picking orders, cycle counts, etc.)
• Perform other duties as assigned

Experience and Skills

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
