CommissionSUMMARY

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Represent company in a professional manner and provide excellent customer service.
  • Assist in promotion of safe work practices to include frequent behavior-based safety observations.
  • Is familiar with and certified to use all types of delivery equipment, pallet jacks, docks and dock-levelers, trucks and trailers per company and OSHA standards.
  • Maintain a friendly, working relationship with all account personnel.
  • Communicate effectively to resolve customer problems, opportunities, and competitive activity in your market.
  • Prepare invoice, collect payment from customers and record transactions on customer receipt.
  • Check in product with Store Manager, following store policy.
  • Restock displays, coolers, and cold box following company rotation standards.
  • Maintain clean and safe working equipment and complete the FMCSR approved inspection report daily.
  • Transport product and merchandise between company locations and from suppliers as needed or assigned.
  • Maintain safe driving record and comply with company driving policy.
  • Attend all scheduled meetings and company functions as required.
  • Adhere to dress code, including safety non-negotiables, and be properly groomed at all times.
  • Obey all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

CDL-A License and ABC Beer permit required, as well as a driving record (MVR) within Company Driving Points Policy.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Requires the ability to read, write, complete simple forms and understand simple written instructions. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
