Job Title: Delivery Driver

Position Overview: Perform routine transportation tasks to safely and efficiently deliver products, supplies, and custom orders between the central bakery, retail outlets, and event venues.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Licensing: Valid driver's license with the ability to obtain and maintain a Commercial Driver's License (CDL).

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of professional delivery driving experience preferred.

Core Competencies

Strong communication skills to interact professionally with vendors, clients, and staff.

Excellent organizational, time-management, and task-prioritization skills.

Ability to maintain positive relationships across diverse teams and customers.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

Environment: Works in 0 degree freezer (proper gear provided), as well as outdoors with regular exposure to seasonal weather, including extreme heat, cold, rain, and humidity.

Physical Demands: Requires regular standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, climbing, and lifting/moving items up to 50 lbs. Full visual acuity (depth perception, color vision, and focus adjustment) is required.

Hours: 30-35 hrs/week

Schedule: Mainly weekdays, with Tuesdays off. Requires availability to work Saturday and Sundays for deliveries.

Rate: $17-$20/hour
