Job summary

JDCUSTOMCATERING LLC is seeking a delivery crew member to gather and pack food and equipment for events, deliver to designated addresses, and handle setup and pickup of catering services. Load and unload delivery vehicles, respond to customer inquiries, and maintain cleanliness of work areas.

Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is required; additional duties may include dishwashing and light food prep as needed. Valid driver’s license and driving record are required.

Qualifications

• Adhere to safe driving standards and practices (compliant with state and local laws at all times).
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must be able to move up to 50 lbs. by yourself.
• Must be able to work evenings, early mornings, and weekends and be flexible in scheduling from week to week.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and be positive and respectful in working with a diverse population.
• Must be dependable and reliable.
• Motivated self-starter and able to complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated commitment to GREAT customer service.
• Additional requirements include providing a copy of a valid Drivers License as well as a copy of a minimum 5 years driving record from the state DMV.

This role is not limited to the above outlined responsibilities and will require additional tasks when and as needed; such as, but also not limited to, assisting with washing of dishes and possibly light food prep.

Compensation paid at an hourly rate plus gratuity.
