Join Our Team as a Delivery Driver!

Our drivers earn over $30 on average, including tips, wages, and $3 per delivery. We operate in a fast-paced environment and seek self-motivated, team-oriented applicants.

Job Purpose:

As a Delivery Driver at Uncle Joe’s Pizza, you will represent our brand by providing excellent customer service while delivering pizzas and other products from our locations to customers' doors. Your role is vital as you are the face of Uncle Joe’s Pizza and should leave a positive impression.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Create a welcoming environment with high service standards for our guests.
2. Package pizzas and other products for delivery.
3. Use the Thrive Drive App safely to deliver food, read tickets, and ensure all side items are included.
4. Answer phone calls, take orders, and suggest additional items.
5. Collect payments and coupons from customers.
6. Verify credit/debit card transactions with signatures and IDs.
7. Assist in preparing pizzas and other products.
8. Assemble pizza boxes, wash dishes, sweep, and mop floors.
9. Maintain cleanliness and organization of all work areas.

Job Requirements:

• Reliable transportation and a valid Alaska driver’s license.
• Clean DMV record—no more than one moving violation or accident in the past three years.
• Current auto insurance.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Basic math skills for handling change.
• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds regularly.
• Good attendance and job performance.
• Ability to use the lighted delivery sign on your vehicle.
