Job summary

Anblicks is seeking a Delivery Director with deep Data & AI expertise to own P&L for large data platform modernization programs. You will guide multi-client engagements, lead global teams, and shape transformation roadmaps to deliver measurable business outcomes.

This is a delivery leadership role, requiring end-to-end modernization experience from legacy to cloud. You will drive AI-enabled delivery, governance, and scalable delivery models, while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction

Qualifications

15+ years in IT services/consulting with data platforms and analytics.
8+ years in delivery leadership and P&L ownership.
Proven track record leading data platform modernization from legacy to cloud.
Experience with MarTech data flows and identity resolution.
Experience with modern cloud data stacks and global delivery models.

Responsibilities

Own P&L, margin, and delivery outcomes for a portfolio of data platform modernization engagements.
Lead legacy-to-modern platform transformations end to end: discovery, migration planning, build, validation, parallel runs, cutover.
Drive accelerated, AI-enabled delivery to compress timelines and improve quality.
Serve as senior escalation point; manage executive stakeholders and delivery risk.
Govern and scale multi-shore delivery teams (onsite/offshore) for fixed-bid engagements.
Champion architecture reviews and build reusable delivery frameworks.
