Job summary

o9 Solutions seeks a Delivery Director to lead end-to-end digital transformation programs on the o9 Digital Brain platform. You will manage budgets, schedules, governance, and resources across enterprise engagements, while building executive client relationships and driving profitability.

You will oversee program governance, risk management, and delivery quality, coordinating cross-functional teams including client leadership, system integrators, and partners to realize business value.

Qualifications

• Executive communication and high-level stakeholder management experience.
• Experience leading enterprise SaaS/Cloud software deployments.
• Strong contract management and SOW development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise supply chain transformation programs.
• Manage executive client relationships and provide status reporting and sign-offs.
• Oversee P&L, budgets, margins, and revenue recognition for engagements.
• Direct cross-functional teams including clients, GSIs, and vendors; mentor staff.
