Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual for the position of Delivery Coordinator. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth coordination and successful delivery of our platforms and services to our healthcare clients. The Delivery Coordinator will engage directly with customers, overseeing onboarding, implementation, and delivery efforts across our entire range of offerings, including EMR/EHR/PM Data Conversions, Data Analytics, Healthcare Interop, IT Operations, and Information Security.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the onboarding, implementation, and delivery processes for healthcare clients utilizing our platforms and services.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the delivery process, ensuring clear and effective communication at all stages.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including data conversions, integrations, data analytics, IT operations, and security to ensure successful project execution.
  • Clearly communicate expectations with internal and external stakeholders, ensure timely follow ups when issues arise, provide regular updates on progress, minimize surprises in the delivery process through extensive communication.
  • Identify and escalate issues or risks that may impact project delivery, working proactively to address challenges and find solutions.
  • Provide guidance and support to clients, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Conduct periodic reviews and assessments of project progress, performance, and customer satisfaction, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
  • Collaborate with internal team members to create periodic release notes for new products and product enhancements, and distribute this information to existing customers.
  • Update and maintain customer-facing product documentation to ensure accuracy, clarity, and usability.
Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate with both clients and internal teams.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills; ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in project coordination, client delivery, or a related field (healthcare or tech experience preferred).
  • Experience in healthcare, data analytics, application development, or IT is a plus but not required.
  • Proven ability to work independently and effectively in a remote work environment.
  • Availability for occasional travel, as needed.
