Job summary

Ourisman Alexandria Kia is seeking Delivery Coordinators to demonstrate the vehicles’ features and ensure customers know how to use them. The role requires weekday and weekend work, with a 40-hour work week at $17/hour.

Delivery Coordinators will train customers on vehicle technology, help pair phones, download relevant apps, and ensure the vehicle is clean and fueled. Both part-time and full-time opportunities are available with growth potential.

• Positive, motivated and technologically savvy individuals.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate vehicle features and teach customers how to use the technology.
• Ensure showroom and lot are clean and presentable, and vehicles are parked correctly.
• Assist customers with phone pairing and app installation in the vehicle.
• Escalate any issues to a manager promptly.
• Maintain a welcoming, customer-friendly environment in the showroom.

Ourisman Alexandria Kia – part of one of the area's oldest and most respected dealership groups – is currently looking for positive, motivated, and technologically savvy individuals to serve as Delivery Coordinators. The delivery coordinator is in charge of demonstrating the vehicles’ features and ensuring customers know how to use them. Weekdays and weekends needed!

40‑hour work week $17/hr

Responsibilities

Car sales is all about customer service and transferring enthusiasm about the new vehicle. Delivery Coordinators are a crucial part of this process as the one who goes over the new vehicle’s technology, pairs their phone with the car, downloads the relevant apps on the customer’s phone, ensures the vehicle is clean and full of gas, and ensures that any issues are immediately brought to a manager’s attention. Delivery Coordinators also ensure a clean and customer‑friendly showroom and lot. This includes making sure vehicles are parked in correct areas, the lot is free and clear of trash, and customers receive their new vehicles in a clean, professional environment.
