Unisys Corporation is seeking a Delivery Analyst to support client-facing projects and services for a public sector client. The role covers the execution of delivery fundamentals—application monitoring, documentation, issue tracking, and meeting support—while growing toward more independent responsibilities under a delivery lead.

This developmental position involves learning managed applications and delivery processes, with guidance from a project lead, and may involve coordinating with vendors

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience or equivalent
• Strong written communication and documentation skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple items simultaneously.
• Willingness to be trained and to work with a project/delivery lead as a mentor.

Responsibilities

• Builds understanding of the team's managed applications and how clients use them.
• Reviews data/logs to assess system health and flag anomalies.
• Maintains issues and actions list, tracks status, follows up.
• Assists in planning and scheduling application builds and deployments.
• Creates and maintains system requirements documentation.
• Supports client meetings with agendas and notes; may attend as support.
• Gathers and documents issues and changes for clients/vendors.
• Documents and troubleshoots client-reported issues and escalates when needed.
• Prepares status updates and reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinates with third-party providers on deliverables.
