TechSurSolutions seeks a seasoned Business Analyst/PM to elicit client requirements, write user stories, and maintain an Agile backlog. You will work with developers and testers to translate business needs into actionable tasks and prototypes, ensuring alignment with client goals.

You will study current processes, propose solution options, and prepare comprehensive documentation while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders and managing scope.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with an Agile implementation team writing user stories, grooming product backlog, planning releases.
• Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business IT systems and user needs.
• Formulates IT systems to align with overall business strategies.
• Translates high-level requirements into detailed acceptance criteria for epics/user stories.
• Experience with the full software development lifecycle of Agile IT projects.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA and MS Office, especially Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with web-based applications and modern web technologies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Elicit and understand client business needs, write user stories, manage product backlog, and develop prototypes.
• Study existing processes and legacy systems to identify problems and opportunities for improvement.
• Analyze and design proposed solutions and develop multiple options to address business needs.
• Collaborate with developers and testers to ensure requirements are understood.
• Serve as primary point of contact for customer during requirements gathering.
• Facilitate reconciliation of customer needs with the system proposal to prevent scope creep.
• Prepare project documentation like meeting minutes and business process diagrams.
• Perform other duties as needed.
• Provide artifacts from previous projects (user stories, requirements, UAT, etc.).
