Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Business Analyst to join its Agile software development team. You will apply analytical and communication skills to define business requirements and deliver value to customers, conducting elicitation, process analysis, and change management.

You will transform requirements into actionable user stories, collaborate with developers and testers, support backlog refinement, and help train end users on new systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1-3 years’ experience as a Business Analyst in Agile software development environments.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in requirement management tools and agile project management software.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with SQL and Python is a plus.
• Experience in the P&C Insurance industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document business requirements through workshops, use cases, and interviews.
• Create process models and specifications to guide the project team.
• Analyze and improve existing systems to deliver business value.
• Translate requirements into well-defined, testable user stories for the Agile team.
• Support validation and testing to ensure delivery meets business needs.
• Foster collaboration between business and development teams to align objectives.
• Assist in backlog refinement and prioritization with the Product Owner.
• Facilitate demonstrations and training for new systems.
• Develop strong business knowledge and keep up-to-date with BA best practices.
