Job summary

Pure Deliver is looking for dedicated delivery drivers to ensure packages reach customers safely and efficiently. You will be responsible for delivering over 300 packages daily while following safety protocols and ensuring excellent customer service.

The position offers competitive pay starting at $22.75/hour, paid training, health insurance, and incentives. The ideal candidate should have a valid driver's license and experience driving a cargo van. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license (in-state or out-of-state) required.
• 6 months to 1 year experience driving a cargo van, box truck, or step van in the last 3 years.
• Must complete specialized training for goods with special handling needs.

Pure Deliver is a fast-growing package delivery company, similar to FedEx, UPS, USPS, and LaserShip. We're committed to safety, reliability, and efficiency while delivering hundreds of packages daily to customers' doorsteps.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize SAFETY at all times
• Operate a high-roof cargo van
• Deliver 300+ packages and make 200+ stops daily
• Work in outdoor weather conditions (rain, snow, heat, cold, wind)
• Enter/exit the vehicle frequently using 3-point contact
• Communicate professionally with team and supervisors
• Lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs
• Work weekends and holidays as scheduled
• Follow route plans and deliver within scheduled timeframes
• Use GPS, handheld technology, and smart apps effectively
• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Operate independently and meet performance deadlines

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license (in-state or out-of-state)
• 6 months – 1 year experience driving a cargo van, box truck, or step van in the last 3 years
• Must complete specialized training for goods with special handling needs
• Pass a road test to verify driving skills
• Must have strong customer service skills
• Able to use smartphone-based GPS and communication apps
• Must be reliable, flexible, and possess a strong sense of urgency
