Job summary

Ceiba Routes LLC is seeking a Delivery Driver to operate a company-provided cargo van and deliver packages safely and promptly in Sterling, VA. You will route with a handheld device and provide excellent customer service while maintaining safety standards.

Additional Information

Pay & Incentives:

• Starting pay: $20.50/hour
• Performance-based bonuses up to $5.50/hour (based on safety, quality, reliability, and tenure)

Schedule:

• Full-time (4 days/week, must include 1 weekend day)
• Part-time (2–3 days/week)
• 10-hour shifts between 9:40 AM – 8:40 PM
