First Team Logistics LLC is an Authorized Delivery Service Partner for Amazon. As a Delivery Associate, you will safely deliver packages to residential and commercial locations, using a modern cargo van and advanced delivery technology. The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and strong customer service.

No prior delivery experience is required; paid training is provided to get you started. Work is in person with scheduling options including full-time and part-time shifts across seven days a

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must consent to a pre-employment drug test.
• Must be able to work in all weather conditions.

• Must be flexible and available to work weekends when required (Saturday or Sunday).
• Must be able to lift 50-70 lbs.
• Must safely and accurately load delivery vans.
• Must be comfortable operating a large cargo van.
• No CDL required.

Job Details

• Position: Delivery Associate


• Pay: $22.50 per hour


• Job Type: Full-time and Part-time


• Work Location: In person


• Operating Days: 7 days a week


• Delivery Volume: 180-250 packages per day


• Average Stops: 140+ per day

This is a physically demanding position requiring you to work safely and efficiently in all weather conditions. Strong time management and attention to safety are essential.

Work Schedules

• Full-time: 4 days per week, 10‑hour shifts.


• Part-time: 2 days per week, 10‑hour shifts.


• Flexible and fixed scheduling options available.


• Weekend availability may be required.
