Job summary

Advance Delivery in Lebanon, TN is hiring full-time Delivery Drivers to join our team. You will deliver 200-350 packages per day on your assigned route, starting at 11:30am from the warehouse with a cargo van provided. No CDL is required and training is provided.

Benefits include medical, dental & vision, a 401(k) after 90 days, tuition reimbursement, and up to two weeks of paid time off each year. The position features a 4-day workweek with 10-hour shifts, a weekly performance incentive

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver's license (No CDL required).
• Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 pounds.
• Must pass a 5-panel drug screen.
• Reliable transportation to/from warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 200-350 packages per day on your assigned route.
• Start your day at the warehouse, loading your delivery vehicle.

• Provide excellent customer service throughout your community.
• Work independently while being part of our supportive team.
