Main Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Deliver products to our customer locations in a timely, professional manner.
- Maintain accurate inventory of packages and materials during loading and unloading.
- Load and unload delivery trucks.
- Interact professionally with customers, obtaining signatures and confirming delivery details.
- Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of the delivery vehicles.
- Verify delivery instructions and routes to ensure efficient service.
- Perform regular safety inspections of equipment in keeping with company’s SOP and OSHA standards.
- Maintain a high standard of integrity and reliability.
- Flexible work schedule and availability.
- Assist with warehouse loading and staging as needed.
- As part of your role, you may be required to perform additional duties or tasks as assigned by your manager or the company. Flexibility and a willingness to take on varied responsibilities are essential expectations for all positions.
- Must have a High School diploma or equivalent.
- CDL B preferred.
- 2 or more years driving experience preferred.
- Must have a clean driving record.
- Must be able to pass a drug and background test.
- Must have excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Must be able to work independently, be responsible for route, and work unsupervised 90% of the time.
- Must have a clear understanding of the importance of meeting deadlines and commitments.
- Must be able to perform basic math operations to include addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
- Candidates will be subject to all DOT pre‑hire requirements.
