Job summary

Marina Distributing is seeking a reliable Delivery Driver to manage our Direct Store Delivery routes. You will load, deliver, and stock items while delivering excellent customer service across stores in your area.

Requirements include a valid license with a clean record, ability to lift 50 lbs, and flexible hours. You will use a route app to manage 8–10 stops daily and maintain vehicle condition.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to drive non-CDL vehicles safely and responsibly.
• Delivery or driving experience preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings or weekends.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Basic math and documentation skills.
• Comfortable using a smartphone delivery app.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles to deliver products on assigned DSD routes.
• Load and unload merchandise accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure timely and accurate deliveries to customer locations while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Collect payments and provide receipts as needed.
• Complete all required delivery documentation and paperwork.
• Conduct basic inventory checks and report shortages or damages.
• Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the company vehicle.
• Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Run a daily delivery route of 8‑10 stops using our route management app.
• Merchandise product at accounts: stock shelves and coolers, rotate stock, place POS materials.
• Build relationships with store owners and flag reorder opportunities to the sales team.

Marina Distributing is currently looking for a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver for our Direct Store Delivery (DSD) Route. This is a non‑CDL position ideal for energetic individuals who enjoy driving and providing excellent customer service. Type: Full‑time
Pay: $20.00‑$24.00/hour + route performance incentives
