Job summary

PRIDE Industries is seeking a Delivery Account Manager to support customer relations, order processing, and on-site delivery activities. You will coordinate inventory, shipments, and vendor interactions to ensure timely, accurate service in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities include loading and unloading goods, maintaining vehicle readiness, following routes, and solving routine issues with customers and warehousing teams.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in operations, including manufacturing, customer service, materials management, logistics, planning or similar.
• Must have a satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to communicate effectively and respond to customer questions in business English.
• Demonstrated human relations skills to maintain effective teamwork.
• Basic mathematical ability (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
• Intermediate computer literacy including word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software and Apple devices.
• Basic troubleshooting ability.
• Strong customer service, problem-solving and common-sense skills.
• Schedule flexibility for changes in hours.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload product into a vehicle safely and organized.
• Understand PRIDE’s capabilities and align to grow customer relationships.
• Record and adjust inventory levels using customer software.
• Track data and documents and obtain information from external sources.
• Safely operate a delivery vehicle to designated locations.
• Follow routes and schedules to deliver products.
• Troubleshoot limited vending machine issues.
• Prepare outbound orders for delivery.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
