Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in collections, customer service, or advocacy.
• Ability to work in a Call Center environment.
• Proficient in oral, written, and interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with defaulted customers to obtain payment commitments.
• Monitor delinquent accounts for alternatives to repossession.
• Mentor and train peers as a subject matter expert.
