Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong oral and written communication skills with customers.
• Excellent teamwork, interpersonal skills, and relationship building.
• Proactive in identifying issues and following up to resolve.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet regulatory deadlines.
• Ability to navigate multiple systems while handling calls.

Responsibilities

• Dispute Filing: accurately file dispute claims per bank policies and regulatory requirements.
• Documentation: keep detailed records of interactions and filings using computer systems.
• Risk Assessment and Compliance: assess data per UCC, Reg E/Z to balance experience and accuracy.
• Escalation: escalate trends/issues to leadership and suggest policy improvements.
• Customer Service: deliver excellent service, resolve inquiries promptly.
• Training and Guidelines: follow training, guidelines, and refer exceptions to supervision.
