Job summary

TEKsystems in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Contract Collections Specialist to manage early-delinquency consumer loan and credit card accounts. The role requires empathetic member engagement and regulatory compliance in a hybrid Scottsdale setting.

You will identify payment solutions, offer financial counseling, and work to restore accounts to good standing while protecting the credit union from risk. This is a contract position with pay in a hourly range.

Qualifications

• Experience in consumer loan and credit card collections within regulated environments.

Description

Responsible for managing and servicing past-due Consumer Loan and Credit Card accounts during the first 30 days of delinquency. Works directly with members to identify payment solutions, provide financial counseling, and help restore accounts to good standing while minimizing risk and loss to the Credit Union. Ensures all collection activities are conducted in compliance with applicable federal regulations, state laws, and Credit Union policies. Delivers exceptional member service by balancing collection efforts with empathy, professionalism, and relationship-building.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.85 - $20.85/hr.
