Green Valley Grill is seeking a friendly Afternoon Tea Manager to lead the Tea Service to exceed guest expectations in a fast-paced environment. You will recruit, train, and coach staff, manage payroll and daily reports, and maintain safety, cleanliness, and quality standards while collaborating with other departments.

The role emphasizes guest delight, staff development, and adherence to mission-driven service. This position requires a flexible schedule and a passion for hospitality.

Qualifications

• Schedule availability to include tea hours: Mon–Wed 1pm–6pm, Thu 10am–3:30pm, Fri–Sun 11am–7pm.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Tea Service team to deliver outstanding service and follow established systems.
