Green Valley Grill, part of Quaintance-Weaver Inc., is seeking a friendly Afternoon Tea Manager to join their team in Greensboro. You will lead the tea service operations, supervise staff, and ensure exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Experience in hospitality or food service leadership.
• Ability to lead a service team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Tea Service team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

• Oversee scheduling, payroll, and shift coverage.
• Participate in recruiting and developing team members.
• Maintain high service levels during tea hours.
• Manage inventory and minimize waste.

• Engage staff in meetings and ongoing training.
