Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook deli dishes following the Prepared Foods Kitchen Manager's specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of daily prep costs.
• Research and develop new recipes.
• Label and date all dishes with ingredients.
• Foodbank unsellable products per procedure and record shrink sheets.
• Keep the kitchen orderly and comply with safety procedures.
• Report equipment repairs or upgrades to management.
• Attend team and storewide meetings.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
