• Operates department registers, takes payments, and makes change as needed.
• Assists in maintaining clean, orderly work area and adheres to sanitation procedures.
• Prepares and replenishes deli products; manages daily production list and freshness checks.
• Receives product, checks invoices, and reviews orders for the day.
• Performs other duties as required by department leadership.
