Responsibilities

• Provides prompt, efficient and friendly customer service to customers and team members.
• Smiles and greets customers in a friendly manner and uses name when possible.
• Assists customers by escorting to products, securing out-of-reach items, or loading heavy items.
• Takes customer orders at the delicatessen counter and operates registers when needed.
• Works with coworkers as a team to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintains proper sanitation and cleanliness of the work area.
• Reviews daily orders and prepares/replenishes products as necessary.
• Checks in products, restocks, and processes invoices when applicable.
• Adheres to store policies and attends scheduled shifts.
