Job summary

Coborn's Hornbacher's in Willmar, MN is seeking a part-time Deli Clerk to join the Deli team. Training is provided; you bring a positive attitude and desire to learn, and you will deliver remarkable customer service in a fun, friendly atmosphere.

You will slice, weigh, package, and label meats and cheeses, prepare salads, and serve hot-case items as applicable. You’ll stock displays, prepare trays, and follow all food-safety guidelines to ensure a clean, inviting area.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age or older; Hornbacher's age requirement for this role is 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Slice, weigh, package, and label meat and cheese products for guests
• Prepare and dish up salads
• Serve food to guests through the hot case (as applicable at location)
• Ensure the deli case and product areas are stocked with merchandise and visually appealing
• Prepare meat and cheese trays, veggie trays, and other department products to be merchandised and sold in the store
• Follow food safety guidelines and all health, safety and sanitation regulations
• Dish washing, mixing ingredients, assembling catering orders baking/frying products
