Qualifications

• Experience in food service or deli is a plus
• Ability to follow food safety guidelines and health regulations

Responsibilities

• Slice, weigh, package, and label meat and cheese products
• Prepare and dish up salads
• Serve food to guests through hot case where applicable
• Stock deli case and keep product areas visually appealing
• Prepare meat/cheese trays and veggie trays for display and sale
• Support dishwashing, mixing ingredients, and catering orders as needed
