Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Slice, weigh, package, and label meat and cheese products for guests.
• Prepare and dish up salads.
• Serve food to guests through the hot case where applicable.
• Ensure the deli case and product areas are stocked and visually appealing.
• Prepare meat and cheese trays and other dept. products for merchandizing and sale.
• Follow food safety guidelines and health, safety and sanitation regulations.
• May perform dish washing, mix ingredients, and assemble catering orders.
