Job summary

Coborn's, Inc. is hiring a part-time Deli Clerk to join our Deli team in Foley, Minnesota. You’ll provide friendly, hands-on service, slice and weigh meats and cheeses, prepare salads, and stock the deli case while following food safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Slice, weigh, package, and label meat and cheese products for guests
• Prepare and dish up salads
• Serve food to guests through the hot case (as applicable at location)
• Ensure the deli case and product areas are stocked with merchandise and visually appealing
• Prepare meat and cheese trays, veggie trays, and other department products to be merchandised and sold in the store
• Follow food safety guidelines and all health, safety and sanitation regulations
• In this position, you may also be responsible for dish washing, mixing ingredients, assembling catering orders baking/frying products.
