Job summary

The GIANT Company in Perkasie, PA is seeking a Deli Team Member to handle and possess knowledge of all deli products. Team members receive, process, prepare, wrap, slice, weigh, mark, package product, and stock shelves, cases, and bins, while maintaining neat attractive conditions and properly signed displays.

The primary duties include responding to customer needs with friendly service, following safety and quality standards, and maintaining clean, organized deli areas.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must communicate and understand policies and safety regulations to complete job duties satisfactorily.
• Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements, with or without accommodations.
• Must be able to use or learn the equipment and tools used to perform this job.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service as part of the deli team.
• Receive, process, prepare, wrap, slice, weigh, and package products.
• Maintain proper shelf, case, and display conditions, including stocking and rotating product.
• Maintain proper cooler conditions and assist with cleaning and organization.
• Adhere to all federal, state, and local regulations in the deli area.
• Provide a safe, clean sales floor and friendly service to promote products.
