Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of deli products, including sandwiches, salads, and hot food items.
• Follow recipes and guidelines to maintain consistent quality.
• Assist customers with selections and provide information about ingredients and dietary considerations.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of food products to maintain freshness and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized deli counter and work area; sanitize surfaces and equipment regularly.
• Monitor inventory, restock items as needed, and rotate products to minimize waste.
• Collaborate with team members to fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Uphold food safety standards and health department regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Follow company policies including time and attendance guidelines.
