Job summary

Three Bears Alaska Inc. is seeking a Deli Clerk to prepare and display ready-to-eat products while delivering exceptional customer service. You will rework displays, rotate stock, and operate ovens, slicers, scales, and related equipment in a store setting.

Responsibilities include daily sanitation, food prep, packaging, and assisting customers with special orders. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with food handling certification required by local government.

Responsibilities

• Reworks display case to assess daily production needs and rotates product.
• Stores and rotates stock.
• Provides prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operates oven, slicer, scale, and other equipment.
• Cleans and sanitizes area, machines, and surfaces.
• Prepares hot food and handles packaging, labeling, and customer special orders.
