Job summary

Three Bears Alaska Inc is hiring a Deli Clerk for our Cooper Landing C-Store. You will prepare and display ready-to-eat items, assist customers, and operate ovens and slicers as part of a fast-paced store environment.

The role supports both part-time and full-time schedules, with evenings, weekends and holidays required. A strong focus on safety, sanitation and product rotation is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Food handling certification as required by local government.
• Experience in food preparation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and display ready-to-eat products according to guidelines.
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service, including special requests.
• Operate ovens, slicers, scales, and other equipment.
• Rotate stock and rework displays to meet daily production needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout shift.
