Job summary

Three Bears Alaska is seeking a Deli Clerk to prepare and display ready-to-eat products and provide exemplary customer service. You will rotate stock, maintain sanitation, and handle daily food prep and labeling in a fast-paced store environment.

The role requires basic food handling certification, HS diploma or GED preferred, and familiarity with ovens, slicers, scales, and cash registers. Part-time, on-site in Alaska.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Food preparation experience preferred.
• Food handling certification as required.

Responsibilities

• Reworks display case to assess daily production needs and rotates product.
• Stores and rotates stock and refills dispensing machines.
• Brings cases from cooler to display area and prepares items for sale.
• Provides prompt, courteous customer service, including special orders.
• Operates oven, slicer, scale, and other equipment safely.
• Maintains sanitation, proper temperatures, and rotation dates.
• Packages, labels, and weighs products for sale.
