Refuel, Inc. is seeking a Deli Team Member to provide friendly service and maintain a clean, inviting food area. You’ll prepare and serve fresh deli items, follow brand standards, and help ensure safety, quality, and efficiency in daily operations.

Ideal candidates have customer service experience, are reliable and punctual, and can multitask in a fast-paced environment. On-the-job training is provided, and a positive, team-focused attitude is essential to thrive in our store setting.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or food service experience preferred.
• On-the-job training provided for all new team members.
• Must meet food safety handling requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, prompt service while preparing food per recipes and brand standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary food prep and service area.
• Follow all food safety, handling, and cash-handling procedures.
• Stock, rotate, and display products to ensure freshness and appeal.
• Assist with vendor deliveries, promotions, and upselling.
• Report safety concerns or customer issues to management and maintain a professional appearance.
• Maintain punctuality, proper uniform, and a professional appearance.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
