Refuel Operating Company, LLC (Refuel) is seeking a Double QuickDeli Team Member to deliver friendly customer service, prepare fresh food, and maintain a clean, safe deli area. You’ll ensure products meet Refuel standards and support efficient deli operations.

The role requires flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays, with an at-will schedule and on-site work in Iowa. Previous retail or food service experience is welcomed, and on-the-job training is provided.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, prompt service while preparing food per recipes and brand standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary food prep and service area.
• Follow all food safety, handling, and cash-handling procedures.
• Stock, rotate, and display products to ensure freshness and appeal.
• Assist with vendor deliveries, promotions, and suggestive selling.
• Report safety concerns or customer issues to management and maintain a professional appearance.
• Maintain punctuality, proper uniform, and a professional appearance.
• Adhere to Company policies and the Employee Handbook.
