Job summary

Refuel delivers convenient, friendly deli service at our stores, focusing on high-quality, freshly prepared foods. This role supports the deli operations with a clean, safe food service area and adherence to Refuel brand standards.

You will interact with guests and maintain food safety practices while working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. The Deli Team Member role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a proactive approach to customer service, with on-the-job training provided

Qualifications

• Previous retail, food service, or customer service experience.
• On-the-job training is provided for all new team members.
• Must be able to stand during shift and lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, prompt service while preparing food per recipes and brand standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary food prep and service area.
• Follow all food safety, handling, and cash-handling procedures.
• Stock, rotate, and display products to ensure freshness and appeal.
• Assist with vendor deliveries, sales promotions, and suggestive selling.
• Report safety concerns or customer issues to management and maintain a professional appearance.
• Maintain punctuality, proper uniform, and a professional appearance.
• Adhere to the Company’s established policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
