Job summary

Price Chopper is seeking a deli department associate in New Hampshire to provide fast, friendly customer service and assist with deli production. You will maintain a clean workstation, prepare in-store foods, and follow sanitation procedures in line with company and state regulations.

Responsibilities include sampling, merchandising, and contributing to a positive shopping experience while upholding 5S standards and reducing shrink.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly, helpful, and efficient customer service.
• Smile, make eye contact, and thank customers after fulfilling requests.
• Perform sampling and suggestive selling and end each transaction with a thank you.
• Maintain a neat, clean workstation following 5S standards.
• Handle, merchandize, and cook deli products per company standards.
• Prepare in-store made prepared foods and Roaster Chicken program items.
• Sanitation duties in the department per corporate and state regulations.
• Control shrink through adherence to policies and procedures.
• Maintain cold case logs, hot food logs, and cooling logs per store policy.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
