Job summary

Price Chopper in New Hampshire seeks an energetic deli associate to deliver fast, friendly service and maintain a clean, organized deli area. You will assist with daily operations, inventory, and food preparation, including Roaster Chicken items, while upholding sanitation standards and customer satisfaction.

Qualified candidates have a High School Diploma or equivalent and 6–12 months of related experience, with strong communication skills and basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly, helpful, and efficient customer service at all times.
• Smile, make eye contact, and thank customers after helping them.
• Maintain a neat and clean workstation at all times.
• Assist deli manager with day-to-day deli operations, scheduling, inventory, and finances.
• Merchandise deli products, set prices, rotate stock, and display items.
• Prepare in-store made prepared foods and Roaster Chicken program items.
• Perform sanitation duties per corporate and state guidelines.
• Maintain logs for cold/hot foods and logs per store policy.
• Operate deli scales and slicers and other department equipment.
• Adhere to company policies and efficiency standards.
