Responsibilities

• Smiling, making eye contact and thanking customers after requests are fulfilled.
• Assist with sampling and suggestive selling; thank customers at checkout.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized workstation per 5S standards.
• Handle, merchandise, and cook deli products according to company standards.
• Prepare in-store made prepared food programs.
• Prepare chickens and sides for Roaster Chicken program.
• Perform sanitation duties within the department per corporate and state regulations.
• Control shrink through adherence to policies and procedures.
• Maintain cold case logs, hot food logs, and cooling logs per store policy.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
