Job summary

Lenwich Manhattan is seeking a Deli Worker to join our team at the 40th Street location. You will prepare, slice, and serve a variety of meats, cheeses, and sandwiches while delivering excellent customer service.

You will maintain the cleanliness and organization of the deli area, manage inventory, and ensure that all products are displayed attractively and meet safety standards. In this role you will contribute to creating a welcoming environment for customers and support the overall efficiency

Qualifications

• Previous deli or food service experience.
• Ability to operate slicers, scales, and ovens.
• Strong customer service with a friendly demeanor.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
