About the Role

We are seeking team members capable of working in various departments including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service by engaging with guests to understand their needs and help create meal solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items, assisting guests across departments.
• Create a hospitable shopping environment through merchandising and stocking, while assisting nearby guests.
• Gather shopping carts and assist with general store housekeeping duties.
• Receive and stock goods according to The Fresh Market standards.
• Slice and prepare meats, cheeses, and meal solutions, maintaining quality standards.
• Present a professional appearance and adhere to uniform standards.

Availability

The position requires flexibility to work weekends, days, evenings, and holidays.
