The Fresh Market in Atlanta is seeking a Deli Specialist who is passionate about providing an exceptional guest experience. You will ensure deli department excellence, freshness, proper rotation, and accurate presentation while upholding food safety standards.

You will support inventory accuracy, assist with promotions and seasonal events, and engage guests with a friendly, helpful approach on the sales floor. This role requires 1+ years in retail or hospitality and a can-do attitude.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in retail, grocery, restaurant, or hospitality operations.
• Strong attention to detail with organizational skills, ability to multitask, and work at a fast pace.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Ensure deli products meet freshness and quality standards, including proper rotation and dating.
• Execute planograms and maintain accurate product placement and signage.
• Coordinate with department leadership on ordering and replenishment of deli items.
• Verify deliveries for accuracy and freshness, ensuring proper receiving and storage procedures.
• Play a key role in compliance during key item transitions and promotional events.
• Follow all policies, food safety requirements, and sanitation procedures.
• Engage guests with a friendly, helpful approach when on the sales floor.
