Job summary

Three Bears Alaska Inc. is seeking a part-time Deli Clerk for the North Pole store in Alaska. You will prepare ready-to-eat items, display them attractively, and ensure top-notch customer service, following health and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities include daily production planning, stocking, operating equipment, handling food, taking special orders, and maintaining a clean, sanitary work area. Evening, weekend shifts and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• Food preparation experience and serving duties.
• Ability to rework display cases and rotate stock.
• Experience with basic food handling and sanitization.

Responsibilities

• Reworks display case to assess daily production needs and rotates product.
• Stores and rotates stock.
• Brings cases of product from cooler to prepare for display.
• Cleans and sanitizes area throughout the day.
• Performs duties to comply with health code and sanitation standards.
• Packages, wraps, weighs, and labels products for sale.
