Job summary

Coborn's, Inc. is seeking a part-time Deli Clerk to join our Deli team. You will provide remarkable customer service, create a fun atmosphere, and engage guests with samples and suggestive selling.

Responsibilities include slicing and labeling deli products, preparing salads, serving hot-case items when applicable, and keeping displays stocked. You will also help with trays, follow safety guidelines, and may assist with dish washing, mixing, and catering orders.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Slice, weigh, package, and label meat and cheese products for guests.
• Prepare and dish up salads.
• Serve food to guests through the hot case (as applicable at location).
• Ensure deli case and product areas are stocked and visually appealing.
• Prepare meat and cheese trays, veggie trays, and other department products for sale.
• Follow food safety guidelines and health, safety and sanitation regulations.
• May be responsible for dish washing, mixing ingredients, assembling catering orders, baking/frying products.
