• Prepare and dish up salads
• Serve food to guests through the hot case
• Ensure the deli case and product areas are stocked and visually appealing
• Prepare meat and cheese trays, veggie trays, and other department products
• Follow food safety guidelines and sanitation regulations
• May assist with dish washing, mixing ingredients, and assembling catering orders
