Coborn's in New Prague, Minnesota is hiring a part-time Deli Clerk to join our Deli team. We provide training; bring a positive attitude and willingness to learn as you deliver outstanding guest service and help create a fun, welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities include slicing and weighing meat and cheese, preparing salads, serving hot case items where available, stocking the deli area, and preparing trays for display.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age or older (18+ per Hornbacher's policy).
• Experience in food service is a plus.
• Ability to learn and follow safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Slice, weigh, package, and label meat and cheese products.
• Prepare and dish up salads.
• Serve food through the hot case where applicable.
• Stock the deli case and product areas; keep them visually appealing.
• Prepare meat/cheese trays and veggie trays for display and sale.
• Follow food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Help with dishwashing, mixing ingredients, and catering orders as needed.
