Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in a deli department preferred.
• Experience operating manual/power slicers and scales is preferred.
• Knowledge of deli products is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provides high level customer service to Members.
• Slices, packages, and weighs deli products, including cheeses and meats.
• Receives and inspects deli shipments; displays, stocks, rotates and stores deli products following safety and quality standards.
• Ensures products are fresh and meet quality standards and follows salvage procedures for out-of-date items.
• Maintains deli display cases, signage, and cleanliness; operates deli equipment safely and keeps surfaces sanitized.
• Performs other duties as assigned and maintains regular, predictable attendance.
